The Jebb Avenue Management Committee (JAMC) is made up of a selection of owners of property on the Jebb Avenue Estate who have put themselves forward to run the affairs of the Estate.
The committee is essential to maintain the freehold status of the properties here and to ensure the ongoing maintenance and repair of the grounds and buildings.
This covers structural building repairs, communal areas - both indoors and outdoors, cleaning and gardening services.
The management company is not responsible for individual properties or any damage or cleaning of individual premises.
